A newbie Android apps developer, how I started cracking it

Developing an Android app was quite a challenging for me. I wanted to try building a simple app long ago. But I couldn't find a way of doing it. I watched some tutorials, but they were not enough and couldn't motivate me to push hard. I always end up with setting up Eclipse program and its related SDK. Then I could never move forward.

So now, I am allowed to take that mobile app class after doing some per-requisite courses. I am very exciting to be in the class. And I have got a very good teacher who is very supportive and helpful. The first class, we even started building a basic app already. It was a very basic calculating app.

 

 Even though you see it is named as app2, it was my first app. See it looks cool and I love my first app. It was very motivated to be in the class. Every class, we are taught a new technique of building different apps. But it's getting harder and harder though, not as easy as the first class! :D

This is how I started cracking the Android app. I guess I am having enough basic concept of how to build an app. And I have no doubt that it would be possible to build different kind of apps in the future. By the way, we have to do two projects as our term project. One is individual and the other is group. And I can assure you that it's very challenging.

I am not providing the code of this first app here. I guess you will not be interested in seeing such a basic app's code. Maybe later when I build up a more complicated one, I will share with you guys.
